Offline Non-Credit Card Payment Methods

I take some payments for products offline by Direct Debit and hence I would like to change the text of the Non-Credit Card Payment Methods when placing an offline order (from payment on account for example to payment by Direct Debit). Please could someone point me in the right direction, as I have spent the last hour and a half searching in vain! Thanks

Design | Text | search for "payment on account" ... I get it showing at ID 964 and 965.

You can also change how it appears on the web under View | Business Settings | Payment and Security set up a row for "payment on account" and the 2nd column is a user editable field.

I tried your method about an hour ago and the text didn't change in the offline payments method drop down box when I placed a dummy offline order. I have just tried it again with the same result. However, after logging out of Actinic and back in again, the text has now changed! I'll have to remember this trick the next time.
