Stock level displayed

Is there a way to show for specific products the actual in stock amount, so if I have say 4 in stock it would say "4 in stock"?

I know I could manually do that but is there a way to link it to the stock monitoring feature? Does version 7 or business have this capability?

This is in the documentation, but basically edit your product template by adding

We have NEQTUOTEVAR:STOCKLEVEL in stock
