Nochex - Sitting in Pending PSP

Hi

has anyone else had the same problems with nochex not posting payment authorisation.

Recently every order i have recieved has no details attached to it and i have to check with nochex that the payment has gone through. The all sit in the pending payment service providers.

I do not understand totaly how it works but wanted to know if anyone else has had similar problems, knows if nochex has changed something or has a fix

As far as I am aware there have been no changes with Nochex, that we are aware of. Since when has this issue started, did you make any changes server side?

I have read the thread and that was when it dawned on me that the problems seem to be related to the DC move. Unfortunately this was after i posted

thanks for your help, my problems seem to have gone, the last few orders have all come through ok
