Can any one tell me how to create a hierarchial file. I have approx 5000 contacts I need to import. I currently have the data in a excel sheet formated with a header. Is there a specific software!
Easiest way is to first do an export and then you can view the format in excel.
All you need to do is add new entries in the same format and upload. Any errors are reported by line number.
