    Applet Error

    Hi,

I'm setting up a site for a client using the 30day trial. The address is www.baby-barn.com/acatalog/

Still got a fairbit of work to do but I thought I'd just test the buying experience out. On loading the applet the following error appears:

Error reading the order from the applet parameters. This is
usually a programming issue, but is probably due to a
corrupt network transfer of the web page HTML. Try
reloading the page. If the problem persists, save this web
page to your local hard drive and copy the errors from your
Java console to a file. Then send both of these pieces of
information along with URL of the catalog to the catalog
    administrator or support@actinic.com.

The error on the applet is just 'error'

    Any ideas?

Site is running on a Windows 2003 server.

I'm pretty sure I've got all the newtwork setup stuff correct and have deleted folders from the server and refreshed the website.

There is no site at the link you provided - it appears to be incomplete.

What applet are we talking about?

      Link now modified. Apologies.

      http://www.baby-barn.com/acatalog/

The applet I'm referring to is the Java Applet for submitting credit card information.

        All Fixed

Fixed by stumbling onto another post on this site.

Basically I had imported a V4 snapshot straight into v7 and this has corrupted a file or two. To fix it I simply had to reinstall V7 and refresh the website.

        Job done.

        Cheers,

        O.
