System error - importing snapshot

Hi Guys - need help please, I get this message up with a regedit command prompt and locks Actinic

The NTVDM CPU has encountered and illegal instruction.
CS:0543 IP:0106 OP:63 74 79 70 65 Choose ‘Close’ to terminate the application.

Its wondws XP Pro SP 2, on an Intel P4 2.8Ghz

What version of Actinic are you tryin to import? I have not come across this one before, but will pass onto development to take a look at.

I would suggest you raise a support ticket @ http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm. We will need to take a look at a snapshot of the site and also a Dr.Watson report, if you can do one. Can you also tell us if this happens every time, even if importing after restarting Actinic?
