fragment modification

i have edited a fragment template for my needs and saved it in site1 but how do i get it to appear in the drop down list for fragment layout when creating new fragments ..?

Edit BrochureTemplates.ini (in Site1) and add a line below the [Templates] line. It's a simple format. <Template FileName>=<Template Description>.

You may also need to copy (and rename to match your Template FileName) one of the parameter blocks to define whether it uses a Title, Text and Image.
