    Hi,

    Could someone advise me on how to change the current input buttons (Confirm & Cancel) on the ConfirmRemoveTemplate to images.

    regards,

    Guy,

    You will have to edit Act_OrderDetail.html, search for NETQUOTEVAR:CONFIRMLABEL. Please make a back-up of the file before you edit it.

      Hey Bruce,

      Cheers for looking into this for me.

      I had a look at Act_OrderDetail.html and have tried making changes to the input buttons in that template however they are having no effect on the buttons displayed by Act_ConfirmRemoveTemplate.html.

      Please could you have another look into this as this doesn't seem to be the answer.

      At present I have tried using images by uncommenting the buttons as it says in the OrderDetail template. When this failed i tried just adding some alt tags with a comment in to the existing text based input buttons, then i had a look at the source code and these alt tags weren't there. This has led me to believe that i am altering the wrong thing.

      Regards,

      Guy

        Guy,

        Tried it again on this end and it works as it should. All you need to do is replace the gif and NQV:Cnfmlabel for the alt tag to work. If youa re still having touble, please post the code or the template up here and I will take a look at it for you.

        Kind regards,

          Hey Bruce,

          I'm not having much luck with this. I have tried numerous changes and none seem to have any effect on the input buttons in the ConfirmRemoveTemplate. Therefore as asked i have included the orderDetails file below:

          HTML Code:
          <!-- OrderDetail HTML begin -->
          <!-- Insert HTML for the top of the order detail page -->
          <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME="PAGE" VALUE="ORDERDETAIL">
          NETQUOTEVAR:REFPAGE
          NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTREF
          <INPUT TYPE=HIDDEN NAME=CHECKOUTURL VALUE="NETQUOTEVAR:CHECKOUTURL">

          <Actinic:CARTUPDATEERROR/>

          <TABLE cellspacing=0 cellpadding=1 border=0>
          	<Actinic:XMLTEMPLATE NAME="ODLine">

          			<TD valign="bottom"><FONT FACE="ARIAL" SIZE="-2">NETQUOTEVAR:DISPLAYPRODUCTREF</FONT></TD>

          	</Actinic:XMLTEMPLATE>

            Guy,

            Have had a look at this and I think I know what is causing the issue. It looks like you have the images in a sub folder in the Site1 folder. Now these images are all uploaded to the acatalog folder on the server and hence it is looking for the path and cannot find it. Try using just the image name 'confirm.gif' instead of images/checkout/confirm.gif and you will see that it works.

            Kind regards,

              Bruce,

              I actually uploaded all the images for the checkout seperately via FTP. That way i've been able to keep them in the directories which are being referenced. I know the images are there as they are working fine on other parts of the checkout so this isn't the problem.

              I'm really confused by this problem, it seems any change i make has no effect. If you comment out the current input images that are suppose to be displayed and remove the comments from the input buttons below you'll notice i have included an alt tag with 'Guy rock's' inside. Sadly this isn't displaying though... I've even tried removing the NQV's for the value of these input buttons and filling them in with my own changed text, however again this has no effect. Basically nothing does anything???

                Try using "../images/checkout/confirm.gif" for the image paths then.

                  Bruce,

                  I gave it a go but again its made no difference. Could it have something to do with me not setting my shoppping cart to 'Quantity on Confirmation Page'?

                    Hi Guy

                    The cart confirmation page will not appear unless the correct mode is selected. Do you get this page at all after adding to cart ?
                    Also, could you post your website URL with the changes uploaded (a test site URL probably), so it will help figure out what might be going wrong ?
