Error occuring while loading tree display!

Hello,

We are using Actinc Business multi user v7. When we open the program in either of two different profiles the following message appears, " An error occured while loading products in the tree display. Error returning record". If we carry on loading the program we can then carrying on downloading orders.

We are unable to upload after changes etc. as we get another error message.
"error retrieving record" and "error generating html pages"

Is this an Actinic bug or something more serious?

Hello I spoke to Dhrivya in Actinic support who sorted this in under 5 minutes!

Apparently I must compact my databases more often, the problem with having so many Christmas ordrs no doubt.
