Is there any way to enable a free gift or item to be automatically added to the shopping basket when an order reaches a certain amount.

We normally rely on the staff to include the gift if the order is over £75 but it would be nice to automate this this year.

Hello Andrew.

You can do this with V7 very easily but not so easily with V5.

You could customise you report (or reports) to add the details of the free gift to your packing list, so that while there will be no record of the free gift on the system, the packer should see it and mark it as sent on the paper form.
