half my pics showing in preview

    im just interested why...?

i have 4 pics in 4 tables embeded in 1 fragment on my home page, works perfectly well....but in preview mode only 2 pics appear,
all pics are in same site 1 folder and none of them have been uploaded as extra files,
2 of them have been around the site for ages these are the ones that show in preview mode, but computers dont favour old freinds so why are the other two pics not showing in preview,
in the past no pics normaly show in preview that are in seperate tables embeded in fragments, so whats special about these 2...?

Is there a copy of the missing images in the PreviewHTML folder?

      hi jont

dont see copy's of said images in this folder, but i did not even know this folder was there.
dont understand how 2 got in there as they all are products entered in the same fashon.

Put a copy of the missing images into the previewhtml folder and see if that resolves

Another thing it might be . . . JPEGs saved as "progressive".

I've been caught out by this a couple of times when being supplied with images from our suppliers. Try re-saving the two suspect images as "Standard" JPEGs and have another go.

You're not an award winner for nothing John! You're quite right, and that's what I should have said

Edit: It's Adobe PageMaker that gets upset by Progressive JPEGs, so doubley ignore my earlier post.
