Beta store?

Now that we have a store up and running, my clients would like to see a "beta version" of upcoming changes before we actually put them into the live store.

How do you suggest I do this?

Look up Test Mode in the help - it's in the Editing Your Network Settings topic. This allows you to upload an alternative site into a spare area on the server. This won't disrupt the existing live site.
