upload problems

hello,
i am trying to upload my site to my new hosting account with interhost.
the problem is that the "configur website details" is greyed out, i have clicked on upgrade as it says to in the catalogue but the code i got sent with the software is already entered.
i have updated the detail using the network settings tab, but i cannot upload my site, the acatalogue file has been created but it is empty.
when i try to upload it says "error sending version negotiation request"

any ideas?

Hi Mark,

It sounds like you have the catalog set in Actinic Host Mode. Can you check in the 'Advanced | Network Setup' if you have 'Actinic Host Mode' at the top of this window. If so, then please click the 'Convert' button and select 'yes' to convert it to normal mode. Then the wizard button and 'Web | Configure Website Details' should be available.
