Actinic takes forever to refresh

Hi all
I am trying to do a very simple thing..i have changed 1 line of code in act_primary.html and it has taken Actinic 1 hour to do the refresh..whats going on...and yes I have all the relavent boxes ticked off in advanced network settings...actinic always has a mind of its own..its like a very difficult mistress to please..not knowing whether she is going to sulk or go into fits...
TIA you guys bill and jont who seem to be doing all the posting..you deserve a medal...

Any change to Act_Primary will affect all pages that are based on that template, hence they will need to be uploaded again.

However small the change you have made, it is on a template which controls many pages. Therefore when updating your site, each and every page also needs updating. Nothing wrong just a bit of patience.
