Heading tags - where are they?

Hi All,

I'm working on this site at the moment, www.exactprice.co.uk. On the home page, the blue heading "Exact Price CAD sales" is in a h3 tag, this bit of text is defined in the 'Fragment Title', but cannot for the life of me find the template which is putting the h3 tag in there. Ideally I want to change it to a h1 tag (as the only heading tag on the page is this h3 tag, which is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard!)

so in a nutshell, which template defines the fragment title?

There are a choice of Fragment templates. Click the fragment in question, and under the General tab / Layout, click Edit. If you use more than one layout, you'll have to repeat for the other templates these use.
