    data base and other issues

I have started to use version v7.05.00.0FJBA Audio Store to supply a
digital down load book. There are three issues.

    1. I feel when the customer enters their e-mail address, the customer
should verify e-mail address by entering it twice.

    2. When the bank returns to the final page in audio store to down load
the product the click here to down load link is in plain text: this should
be a large click here to down load button just above the much smaller
done button. If a customer does not see the text click here to down load
link and clicks done and they have not filled in their e-mail address
correctly, the customer cannot get the product after purchase, this
creates a very disgruntled customer. If one in a hundred customers
makes this mistake and there are 10 thousand down loads in a week
this is a lot of disgruntled customers, and I will have to employ a person
to address the problems that have arisen.

    3. When I was sold this product, I bought it under the understanding that
it created a searchable data base from the collected customer
information. Do I down load a data base file from the server and enter
this in to the access data base program to cross reference data,
customer queeries? Please advise. Thanks, Tony Johns

#2 the larger text link etc will need editing the order template Act_order04.html

#3 there is no online database - Actinic compiles the information into static HTML pages on the server. You can however query ActinicCatalog.mdb in the root of the site1 folder as this is updated when you download orders etc. Best to make a copy before doing any work on it. In the Act_Order04.html template look for NETQUOTEVAR: DOWNLOADINSTRUCTION and wrap with a larger CSS statement or also add in you own text / graphics etc to make it more visable
