Netquote Problem

Hi, with my site 90% of it is generated by Actinic but there are a few pages I've hand coded namely a newsletter sign up page, contact page, mens and ladies brands page and a terms & conditions page. As I have a section on the sidebar of my site display the items in a users cart, the cost and providing links to the cart and checkout. Is there any way to make the NQV's

NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCHECKOUTLINK
NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCARTLINK

work in a non actinic page? These pages are stored in my Site1 folder and upload fine when updated, but on the pages I've made the links to the cart and checkout just try to take the user to a page with the URL NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCHECKOUTLINK or NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCARTLINK.
