Major Problem :S

Ok I just did an update for my site and got this error.

I then attempted a refresh and got the same error, anyone have any idea what this means or how to fix it?? you're help would be much appreciated.

Permissons on your cgi-bin....

bin and contents need to be 755 (unix server)
