os000001.pl not found

Hi,

I'm posting on behalf of a client who we designed an Actinic site for (www.sparklingfacets.co.uk).

They have recently updated the site again with new information, but now when anyone adds item(s) to the cart and then proceeds to the checkout they get a message stating that the file os000001.pl could not be found.

I've connected to their site via FTP and can see the file in the CGI-Bin on the server, so I can't see what the problem is.

The client lives in a different country, so it's difficult to tech support them now.

Any ideas?

On adding to cart I get an ssl error on the certificate being in a diifferent name to the site - i.e. brava.4ns.co.uk not sparklingfacet.co.uk - never get as far as os000001.

check out the fix at the bottom of my post. Maybe your problem is the same? Just an idea.
