    Paypal Full payment received but not moved

    Hi
    A customer fully paid for an item using PayPal.

    Under the "Orders " tab, this order is in the section "Completed and pending" but has not moved to the "Completed" section.

    Is there anyway I can physically move it to the "Completed" section and any reason why it has not done this on its own.

    Other completed orders have automatically moved to the completed section but I manually entered these as they were cheque payments.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Have you marked all the items as shipped, and printed both packing list and Invoice? If yes, then go to Reports | Outstanding Exports and export all the files. That should clear it. (You might need to set up the exports first in View | Business Settings | Order Processing).

      Printing out the invoice and Packaging list has done the trick!
      Didn't need either because it was an online lecture that was purchased so didn't think!
