once the orders are downloaded into Actinic simply click on the one's you do not require and hit delete - then Housekeeping | Purge | Orders

Looks good to me - nice and neat - easy navigation. I like the image changing on mouse-over.

A few points you might want to look at perhaps:
I think however you need to add a lot more product dscription to encourage someone to part with their money.
I also saw an error reported by IE when loading the checkout page (to enter personal details) - Error: 'style' is null or not an object.
I expected to be able to click on the manufacturer logos on the homepage.
Your newsletter info page gave a 404 error in a frameset.

There's a huge number of JavaScript and CSS errors on every page. Best take a look using Firefox and use it's Tools / JavaScript Console.

Also your HTML isn't compacted. This is fine for testing but makes for very large pages on live sites. See Design / Options / Misc.

Using firefox, the only additional error i found was that the newsletter banner on the homepage gets pushed out to the right side of the page.

I'm also finding many missing images on the section page. E.g. http://www.zuccionline.com/acatalog/Mens-TShirts.html bottom 9. http://www.zuccionline.com/acatalog/Mens-Shirts.html many near page bottom. Etc.

Looks nice. I'd have liked to have seen the logos on the front work as links though. Some of the images in mens knitwear dont load. If it was me I'd probably have cut the images out so they appear on a white background. They seem a bit muted as is (I take it you did your own photography?) and that might put people off buying £150 jumpers as you cant really gauge what colour things really are.

Otherwise its nice. If I was a football hooligan I could get all my clothes from your site (joke)!

              Cheers
              Charles

There needs to be far more detail about the product

eg Product "6A006D Denim" has the description " A pair of dark wash denim jeans." Well I can see that from the photo.

Personally I wouldn't buy from the site with that level of description.

Also I'd like to see the logos onthe front page clickable

                  thankyou all for your comments.

the photos we are having problems with! some of them look ok others look s**t!! can we just edit them???? if so how??

the descriptions we have kept short because all the stock currently on the site will be gone after xmas. so when we get our new stock in feb we plan on making better descriptions.

If you have to use your own photography I would recommend using a tripod so the images remain consistent (use chalk marks on the floor so you know where the camera and mannequin should go) and light the product to be photographed well - try and avoid using a flash if possible, it'll just make it look stark.

I would then use a preset levels setting in Photoshop to calibrate the images from. That way they should all match, you only have to set it up once and you can run a batch action across the whole lot so it'll reduce it down to minutes rather than hours of work. You can also setup the batch action to resize the images for Actinic and generate your thumbnails at the same time.

You could spend £100 on some cheap studio lighting (with diffusers) and a tripod and get some really good results. This is of course assuming you have the space?

maybe its just me but there is no easy way of going back after viewing a product, another thing is to get rid of the "imagebar" when mousing over the large image of a product in ie (its a metatag instruction)

other than that and whats been pointed out above, its good

The logos on the front page will be clickable shortly, I was having some trouble with javascript randomizing the images as originally we had 8 slots on the homepages for logos, but of course the javascript liked to bring up duplicates and I though this to look very unprofessional. As I said earlier the stock currently on the site will only be here for a couple more weeks and in the new year when stock arrives we intend to give full detailed descriptions of every product in our catalogue and spend alot more time ensuring the photographs are looking good.

                        Thanks for your input.

I assume you mean the hover bar control by the ALT tag? I'll try and sort something out for that.

As for the navigation there was originally a breadcrumb layout at the top and bottom of each page but that seems to have dissapeared somewhere along the line :s.

                          Thanks for the input.

The photography was the best we could achieve with the equipment and mainly time available. As I've said the new stock arriving in the new year we'll be (attempting to) improving the quality of the images on the site alot.
