I'm probably being dense here, but when you cancel part of a customers order and you get the pop up prompting you for the reason, how do you go back later and view this? I can't find this anywhere...

You are not being dense, this information is stored in the Database in the 'Order Detail' table, sCancelMessage column, and appears on the packing list and the invoice. It does not appear on the order details within the interface, as it takes for granted that a person knows why the line or part of the order was cancelled and is always accessible by reprinting a packing list.
