Page Not Found?

Hi, wonder if anyone can offer some explanation.

After updating my site, my navigation links are taking me to the wrong place!

They seem to be cutting out the /acatalog/ section of the address.

Also on the search page all the web images are missing (again I assume because the /acatalog/ is missing from their address)

It's not an urgent problem as it's only affecting my PC, I've tried deleting history/temp. internet files but to no avail.

Any ideas?
