Duplicate the confirmation email possible?

Hi

In business setting you set an email address when you want actinic to send you an email to confirm there has been an order.

My queston is can you put two email addresses in there?

I have put 2 in with a ";" or a "; " between them, which i thought was the standard for doing so, however no good.

Anyone managed to achieve this?

You can use a comma between addresses and it will work then. (I believe a space might also work, but I know comma works)

Hi all,

Does anyone know why this option no longer works ? Im doing things exactly the same as i did last year but only getting the email sent to the first address.

Is it to do with my isp requiring user and password for all addresses and not just the main one ?

Mick,

The issue is down to the authentication. What you could perhaps do si to set up a forwarding rule on your email client to forward mail to the alternate addresses.
