Payent Service provider - failed to register

I have not uploaded my site for at least 6 months - and lost my most recent site because of a computer crash.

Have uploaded Actinic 6 on my machine, old site & network settings (which the test says is OK)

When i try to upload I get a message 'payment service provider, Worldpay, failed to register properly - class ID (AC--------------------)

Can anyone please help - is this an Actinic or Worldpay issue? -

Phil,

Looks like more of an install issue. You will have to rerun the PSPSetup.EXE file and this should sort out the problem for you.
