In Actinic, have a look undet Advanced>Template Manager. Go into the 'Miscellaneous' tab (you might need to change view first to see it!) and the emails are there.

Found those, but wanting the one that it send to my customer when they e mail me from the site? cant seen to find that in there?

suas something like we have recieved your email and will respond shortly , or something like that.

Which one would that be as they all look like purchase e mails

The script is MailForm.pl and it calls in phase -1 id 2379 which you can alter at Design| Text | Goto and enter the id of 2379
