Digital Downloads...no link appear

Hello all!

Here is a link to a test site that has digital downloads. When I go through the payment process, I do not get a link to my digital download product on my receipt. Anyone have any ideas why?

The reason for yuo not getting the download link on the receipt page or the email that si sent to the customer is because a call back or payment Authorization needs to be received from PayPal before the Downloadable link can be displayed. PayPal call backs are taking some time to get to the merchant's PC and hence the missing links. Try using an alternate payment method to test.

So, basically downloads won't work with Paypal

Is that correct? That they need to get another POS?

Digital Downloads will work with PayPal, the payment Authorisation callback needs to happen immediately for the link to be available, of late there hev been a few delays in call back's fom PayPal and that is the issue.

You can try another PSP to see how it works otherwise.
