Sage Link - Automatic???

I am using the sage link to update my sage system, and vice versa. I presumed that this process would be automatic, but I am finding it very manual and time consuming. Is there a way that this process can be automated?

In what way are you finding it manual, could you describe what you have to do to transfer to Sage?
