Changing Standard Emails

Hi,
When sending standard emails out. When you cancel a product line and send an email out, next to this item it say ' No. Cancelled' - can this be change to say ' Product sold out ' or something similar?

On invoices - is it possible to insert a small line of text at the botton - after the product lines etc ? - Just to be used for returns info - maybe a user define line ?

The message 'Cancelled' is generated by NETQUOTEVAR:ORDER_LINES in the email template, the only choice is to manually change this before sending out the email from Actinic. I am however checking with Development of this will be possible, but if possible this will be a perl change and a permanent one.

To be able to do this you will have to edit the invoice report file and for that you will need Crystal Reports v8.5 or you could get in touch with Jan @ www.mole-end.biz, and she should be able to do a custom report for you.
