    Googlebot/Directory structure

GoogleBot doesn't care where the files are stored. As long it can find them it'll read them.

The online structure is pretty flat with everything related to the shop inside the acatalog folder. As long as you publish an HTML sitemap and have a link to that on the index page, then any bot will find all your pages.

If you also use a root index (brochure page) - again - a link on that page to the html sitemap in the acatalog folder is all that should be required to tell any bot about all your pages.

As an additional insurance, you can create an XML sitemap in compliance with Google guidance to ensure that one bot gets a full view of your site.
