    Shared SSL Upgrade Error

I am trying to upgrade a clients site with the latest patch for SSL (Catalog V6)

    I get the following error
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

Is this down to windows permission and user controls - it is an XP PC

Is this the most likley cause or could it be something else. I may have to pay a site visit so want to stock pile all the possible solutions before I go.

    Thanks
    David Cunningham

That one looks like it is the user controls / permissions on the PC that is bring up the message. Since upgrading the SSL usually only requires running a patch on the PC, I cannot thinkof any other reason.
