Hi,
I'm starting a video downloads (non-porn, give me a break) site, where the video is streamed. I want to set the payment in a pay as you go style. ie you choose the video you want to watch, you confirm that this is the video you'll stream and you approve the charges to your paypal acct or cc before you watch. There will also be a subscription style payment option, which can be converted from the magazine subscription set up. However, I've been unable to find any e-commerce software that allow you to set this style of payment method up, they all seem to be shopping cart systems. This p-a-y-g system is akin to dropping a quarter into a video game, playing the game, when you are done you need to deposit another quarter for your next game.
Also, I'd like to set up a possible pre-pay option, where someone uploads £5 or $5 and they can view as many films until their credit runs out. I've been looking around Actinic and (as they are the 2 biggest) but they don't seem to have this kind of set up.
Anyone having any constructive ideas or help?
thanks
Ted
