Removed all countries exept UK but they are still listed?

Hi guys,
This is a weird one, I have removed all the countries (except UK) via the properties within the shiping bands, however all the countries are still present when I upload?
This is an actinic site that im doing some work on for someone. Could the countries be hard coded into a template? if so which?

When you removed the shipping data for all other locations, did you also remove these locations from tax settings? What setting did you make in the 'If shipping band not defined' area of the shipping and handling tab?

The main Location table is editable from Advanced | Locations. You might want to open ActinicCatalog.mdb with access and make a copy of the Countries table before you delete locations, just in case you want to change your mind later.
