Well if he tells us what the actual problem is he's having I'm sure people will assist, myself included!

The original problem was posted in the Inital Set -up section and dealt with in a matter of hours by Actinic technics
I thought this section was for "For queries, issues and suggestions connected with version 6 of Actinic ecommerce products" which is what I quite clearly raised, but wish I had not.
