Confirm in shopping cart area

I'm having some problems with the word "Confirm" in the shopping cart area.

If this is clicked it takes you back to the original page and this is confusing people. Does it really mean "Continue shopping"?

If so is it possible to change the wording to "Continue shopping"

Hi Anne - you will need to edit the confirm.gif in the root of the site1 folder to change the name as it is a graphic and not plain text

Confirm in the site's context would mean that the customer is confirming the quantity of items added to cart and continuing to shop.
