CGI application misbehaved by...

I'm having problems getting the coupon link url to work. Typing a coupon code in on the website works fine, but pasting the special coupon url gets:

"CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."

The link is:
http://www.*****.co.uk/cgi-bin/rs000001.pl?DESTINATION=shop%2ehtml&BASEURL=http%3a%2f%2fwww%2e*****%2eco%2euk%2ftest%5fshop%2facatalog%2f&COUPON=myCouponText

Any help much appreciated.

Have any of the perl scripts been modified ?
I have usually seen this error when Actinic is not too happy with a script modification, viz, a syntax error.
If the script files have not been modified, I would suggest you try a complete refresh of the site from Help | Troubleshooting | Website Purge and Refresh, check the first box (for Perl files) and click on Delete and Refresh.

Once done try the coupon code URL again and let me know how you get on.
