Closing actinic from the command line

This command line should only do an update - not a refresh. I've tried it here and it worked fine.

Are you sure you made no changes to any network settings or anything like that, which might have triggered the refresh?

It's possible I went into the network settings, but wouldn't have saved them - I leave out the \acatalog\ directory so I can't save the network settings...
