Parent-Child Navigation

Hi,

As im doing up the online shop, i found that this parent-child link is getting longer when a person goes deeper. As i have made alot of child sections to accomodate to my categorized products.

So i was thinking is there any way to remove the two navigation links that surround my layout of sections/products. I posted here because i tried looking around the templates but return no fruitful results.
