Error when updating site - "an invalid argument was supplied"

    Hi,

Trying to update or refresh, I get the following error: "an invalid argument was supplied". This error comes just as actinic starts to send the base files.

I have taken a snapshot and imported it on a different computer. I don't get any errors on the new computer.

Does anyone have an ideas of what this error means? Am I missing some base files on the orginal machine? What can I do to resolve this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Vivyan

    Hi Vivyan,

Can you just check under 'Advanced | Network Setup' whether it says 'Actinic Host Mode' at the top of the window. If so then your software is configured to upload to our trial server. To change it back to a normal configuration you need to click the 'Convert' button. You will then have to input your network settings again to be able to upload it to your own server. You should be able to export the settings (Advanced | Network Setup | Export button) from the pc that works and then import them (Advanced | Network Setup | Import button) into the one giving you the problem.
