reloaded actinic and Site snap shot

hi,
i reloaded actinic onto a new hard drive along with a snap shot i took 2 days before.
but now i've lost most of the details for the catalogue...., when i click on 'general, details, stock' e.t.c i get a box saying THIS FILE DOES NOT EXIST

all the pictures are missing on the brochure page.

what do i need to do ?
where could i have gone wrong?

Could be a paths issue. Are the missing images hardcoded into the brochure pages? Have you checked the site1 file contents to see if the missing images are there?

You can open the snaphot ACD using your ZIP program and see if the images are inside and extract to the site1 folder accordingly.

i put the images into the site1 folder and everything seems to becoming back to normal.
is that the right thing to do? seems to work.

Actinic does have a liking for everything to be in the site1 folder... product images can be in sub-folders of the site1.
