Hi. I am using ACCESS to look at the table Products. I have copied into Excel the fields Price, Prodref, Description etc so that I can make a pricelist. I have created direct links to products using the PRODREF value - this seems to work very well.
My problem is that the database seems to include old product references, therefore I get some products more than once - one with a valid current ref and one with an invalid old ref (if you create a direct product link using the invalid ref it says the product cant be found).
How do I get rid of these old invalid prod refs ?
