Refreshing Site

When trying to completely refresh site - The process freezes (Times out) and catalog no longer responds. Any suggestions as to how I can correct this problem? Thanks

Connection problems can be due to a number of things, router, firewall, host etc etc

You could also try checking the 'Use Passive FTP Transfers' box in 'Advanced | Network Setup' if it isn't already as this sometimes sorts it out.
