Retrieving orders

While trying to retrieve the orders, I get a " operation timed out " warning. I tried it again a few times but still no luck. Any idea what could be the problem?

If this was ok before now the maybe it's your host. Can you manually FTP into your server?
If it's never worked before then try Test under Advance|Network Settings and see if that runs ok.

Happy New Year Duncan,

This is the first time I am trying to retrieve orders. I just manually FTP into my server and it seems to work ok. Anything else I should try?

Try the Test under Advanced|Network Settings.

I tried the test under Advanced Network setup and I got the following warning : " The test script failed to execute on the web server. The error could be caused by several things. Check the path to the Perl shell, the CGI script extension, the path to CGI-BIN, and the CGI-BIN URL. This error could also occur if your web site is out of disk space or your web server is not configured to accept POSTs to CGI scripts." Any thoughts?

Best thing to do first is to run through the Wizard under Advanced|Network settings.
If it still doesn't work then post the settings here (remove any usernames & passwords first) and I'm sure others more knowledgable than I can help you.

Also try searching the forum for network settings.
