Help! - I'm Stuck!

Dear All,

This may sound very stupid, but I have setup my website myself just using actinic and having just started to understand HTML! (what a revelation!) I have started to make some tweeks to the site

But I want to have extra boxes (RIGHT BARS?) down the right hand side - how do I do this?



Also your comments on my site would be grateful -
