    Hello,

    We have a customer using actinic. We wanted to move their site from an old windows 2000 server to our new windows 2003 server.

    The new webserver has been setup as per the instructions on Actinic's site and the actinic settings are the same as per the instructions too but there is a problem.

    When accessing bb000001.pl I get the following.

    NETQUOTEVAR:REGISTERED
    NETQUOTEVAR:USERNAMEPROMPTNETQUOTEVAR:USERNAMEFIELD (Uppercase)
    NETQUOTEVAR:PASSWORDPROMPTNETQUOTEVAR:PASSWORDFIELD (Lowercase)
    NETQUOTEVAR:SUBMITBUTTON


    NETQUOTEVAR:UNREGISTERED

    I have tried changing the path to perl to just c:\Perl\bin too and it makes no difference.

    Does anyone have any idea whats wrong?

    The only way round I have found now is to take a previous snapshot and upload that.

    However, when I send that previous snapshot to the customer and they do a website refresh, it goes back to the NETQUOTEVAR:REGISTERED crap.

    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening!?

      Are you saying you can upload the website and everything works, but when your client uploads it falls apart?

      That would indicate a difference in settings between you and the client. Either go through every setting with them on the phone, or export your working settings for them to import.

        Yes, thats whats confusing the hell out of me.
        I have a screen shot of the network settings they have and its exactly the same as what I am using.
