    Account Email Password stopped working

    Hi Guys,

    don't know if anyone can help with a sudden error that's appeared in our software? We have a 'register for account' product set up onthe store as described in the AUG for assisting with customer account creations.

    All works OK until you download and process the order and click the Email Password button. It worked perfectly until today but now instead of offering an option box to send mail or view all emails it now jumps straight to a list of all sent mails and the new mail is not listed.

    The only way to send a mail is to come right out of the customer, go back in and click the button again.

    Any ideas much appreciated as always

    I have no idea why this should happen. I would suggest raising a support request at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm, support will need to take a look at a snapshot to tell you what is going on.

      Before you do that can you try compacting your Databases, HouseKeeping | Compact Databases. If this does not fix it, raise the support query.
