Add comments and shipping details to customer email

Does anyone know the NETQUOTEVARS that I'd need to add in the shipping details and comments that the customer enters during checkout to also appear on the email that the customer and the store manager receives?

I saw on another thread that some email changes require the .pl file to be edited - is this the case with these two instances?

I would suggest downloading the Advanced Users Guide from http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm . Take a look on page 68 for 'Adding Extra Fields into Customer Email'.
