Script error

Hi, HAppy new year to everybody !
Very often when a customer try to confirm a product on my website he get after confirming the quantity the following message : "General script error occured : input is null". Where does it come from ?

Thank you for your answer. I have search and find some interesting answers. Following the information given by Nadeem ont the post http://community.actinic.com/showpos...1&postcount=52
I have modified Actinic.pm and OrderScript.pl following the instructions given in the MS_Bug_Workround.txt.
As my english is not so good to understand all the things I have seen on the differents posts, I would like to know if the fact of modifying these 2 files is sufficient to stop this errors ? Thanks
