I don't think this issue is to do with the lack of real-time stock control though (which, as you said, is remedied somewhat by the Mole end add-ons)
The issue is that the stock control WITHIN Actinic doesn't always behave as it should and can leave stock levels (if you're using components and associated products, especially) incorrect leading to over-ordering!
