    this is plain weird

    http://www.newblades.co.uk/acatalog/...ilverline.html

this i copied from top bar having followed a link to my own site from google,
it was in a product search listing, having typed silverline saw blades.
thing is this page does not exist, what is displayed is my site overall layout, with 2 products that i actually have in different sections, and have never been on the same page together so cant be cached.

where could this url have been generated, guessing froogle has something to do with it, but still dont see where the url came from.

Well fact is the page exists - I can see it too! And it must have been around when the Google bot came around as well.
Maybe you should do a purge and refresh of the site.

I don't think it can have anything to do with Froogle.

If you do lots of changes within Actinic it can leave "lost" pages on the server that google etc can index.

You should use ftp to wipe your server then refresh, this will ensure that only new pages are on the server. It will still take several weeks/months to purge google so you should make sure you have a 404 page.

Looks like your in the sand box!!

A 404 error page is a page on your server that will redirect a visitor to your home page if another page is not held on the server because it has been moved or deleted. You will need to set this up with your hosting company or ftp one.

Do a search on Google or this forum to find out about building one.
